Ruth - Doula + IBCLC

Ruth has a background in child development and is a walking birth and postpartum encyclopedia. She has supported families since 2011 as a caregiver. In 2015 Ruth gave birth to her first child. This inspired Ruth to move her education and support to the pregnancy and postpartum period. Since 2017 Ruth has trained as a Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, Gottman Bringing Home Baby Educator, and has become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Clients find Ruth to be a calm presence and supportive listener during their birth and postpartum period.
