With over 10 years of experience as a Mom and Doula, Liz Williams brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her role as a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula. She is especially passionate about involving husbands or partners in the birth process, recognizing their vital role and ensuring they feel included every step of the way. Liz believes her role as a doula is to foster closeness and connection between couples, not to take the partner’s place.

As a mother of four, Liz’s greatest teachers have been her own children. Her personal experiences have shaped her nurturing approach, allowing her to provide both practical support and emotional empowerment to the families she serves.

Specializing in hospital, birth center, and home births, Liz empowers couples to create the birth experience they envision, no matter the setting. Drawing from her own positive hospital births, she believes that with the right support and advocacy, families can achieve their ideal birth plan, free from external pressures.

Liz’s clients often describe her as encouraging, attentive, and deeply committed to their well-being. She considers it an honor to walk alongside families, helping them navigate the joys and challenges of welcoming a new baby with confidence and grace.
