Bio

My name is Brittany and I am a certified INNATE practitioner and dedicated postpartum doula with a passion for holistic and physiologically based care. I believe the fourth trimester can be a beautiful time where mothers thrive and even feel empowered and I do everything I can to make that a reality for the mothers I support. I focus on the basics of postpartum support: warmth, nourishment, touch and rest. I want to help you step into your power as a mother and meet this next version of yourself on your journey through motherhood. Everyone is so excited to hold the baby when it comes, i am there to hold the mother as well.

  • “If you're researching PP Doulas, look no further. Stop your search immediately and hire Brittany. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly loves the profession. I hired her primarily to care for my newborn and ease the transition from one to two kids, but she went the extra mile, caring for me too, making me feel so comforted, heard, and validated throughout a traumatic end of pregnancy and birth that ended up with a stay in the NICU. Brittany checked in just the right amount, encouraged me when I needed it, and made sure mom wasn't being overlooked during a time when a lot of care was (rightfully so) focused on baby. She's passionate, smart, dependable, and incredibly qualified. Look no further for the perfect PP Doula!”

  • “God sent!!! It takes a village - Brittany is that village. Becoming a Mama. It's radical and beautiful and compiled with learning, unlearning, trying to do everything else is oh so exhausting and often just simply impossible... until Brittany. I don't know what I'd do without this sweet soul in postpartum journey. She embodies everything that you'd want from a doula and then some. I felt so held, seen, and cared for in most vulnerable time of my life. She'd make the most healing delicious foods and bone broth that would wrap your soul in a cozy blanket, teas and treats that would support my breastfeeding journey. House chores like folding laundry or washing dishes that weighed heavy on me were done so quick without me asking. Holding the babe so I can shower, rest or really just sit there and chat. All while holding immense amount of space for my rambling brain and postpartum emotions. If you about to be a mama whether new or again - look no further. She was my village and even now checks in on us to make sure we are doing well. So so grateful and so so lucky to have such incredible support!“

  • “Brittany became an integral part of our family from the first day we started working with her. She brought a calming and positive presence into our home every time she came over and we were immediately comfortable with her being in our home and with our children. She supported us when our 2nd child, our son was born, by stepping in to the areas we needed for balance that day. She meal prepped healthy and delicious food for us & our toddler, she watched the kids when we needed a break to shower, nap or do our own grocery shopping & cooking. She was someone I could confide in and was a sounding board to help me figure out any parenting decisions, or just to vent! She was a great resource for my postpartum needs with information, solutions and ideas to help!”
